12 Days of Peace | Day 5: Read a Book
Reading is good for your brain! Find yourself a good book to dig into, read a magazine or newspaper, or find an article online that you don't have to skim through. A daily reading is a chance to zone out, focus, regulate, and stimulate your mind. It's both relaxing and productive, as you learn new vocabulary words, think critically, problem solve, and more, all while just turning a page.
